Grid Connection Achieved for Universal Energy's Stellar Energy 20MWp Solar Project in Kazakhstan

On December 1, good news came from the project site in Kazakhstan: Stellar Energy 20MWp solar project, invested and constructed by Universal Energy, has now been fully connected to the grid and officially commenced operations following intensive construction and commissioning work.

Located in the Mangystau Region of Kazakhstan, Stellar Energy 20MWp solar project commenced construction in March 2025. Guided by the principle of "extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits," the project adopted a "100% China-made equipment, 100% Kazakhstan-based construction" cooperation model. On one hand, it utilizes equipment and components manufactured in China, supporting the international expansion of Chinese equipment. On the other hand, the construction process extensively involved local labor in installation and related works, effectively boosting local employment and fostering in-depth cooperation and mutual benefits between China and Kazakhstan in the field of renewable energy.

The project achieved the milestone of starting construction and connecting to the grid within the same year. Upon operation, it is projected to generate approximately 30 million kWh of electricity annually, reducing local carbon emissions by about 30,000 tons each year.
