Universal Energy Launches Two Renewable Projects in Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan

On December 8, Universal Energy successfully launched two renewable energy projects in the Aktobe Region of Kazakhstan: Darmen Shuak 50MW wind power project and Next Green Energy 50MW wind power project. Both projects have completed all construction and commissioning work and are now fully connected to the grid for power generation.

These two newly grid-connected projects are located in the Aktobe city. They are equipped with a total of 16 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.25MW, resulting in a total installed capacity of 100MW. These projects are the first wind power initiatives in the Aktobe city area and currently represent the largest installed capacity of renewable energy projects in the region.

Once operational, the projects are expected to generate a total of 400 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. This will help reduce carbon emissions by 400,000 tons per year, injecting strong momentum into the development of clean energy in Kazakhstan.
