The station is located in Baixiang County, Hebei, which is the first wind power station in plains constructed by UE.

The project consists of twenty 2.5MW wind turbines with an impeller diameter of 141 meters weighted 34 tons. And thus the largest crane was adopted to install the blades at a height of 140 meters. The project was connected to the grid in May 2019, and is providing 115million kWh of clean electricity to the local community and is reducing carbon emissions by 115,000 tons each year.
