The project is located in Abay Region, Kazakhstan, and is the first and largest single wind power project in the region, which has been included in the "List of Key Projects of China-Kazakhstan Capacity Cooperation".The total installed capacity of the project is 100MW, with 31 turbines of 3.2MW individual capacity installed.The project achieved grid connection on September 26, 2022, which generates 330 million kWh of electricity annually and reduces carbon emissions by 330,000 tons per year.
