Former President of UN General Assembly Prof. Dr. Srgjan Kerim Visited UE

On June 25th, Former President of the United Nations General Assembly and Former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Macedonia Mr. Srgjan Kerim visited UE's headquarters in Shanghai and had a meeting with Vice President Zhang, Yin. During the conversation, Mr. Zhang and Kerim exchanged views on topics such as climate change and renewable energy development. Mr. Kerim expressed his recognition and support on UE's future plan and overseas layout. He introduced the status of the renewable energy market in Europe, and also provided valuable advice on the expansion of UE's overseas business.

Mr. Srgjan Kerim is a Macedonian diplomat, economist, former Foreign Minister and President of the 62nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly. His term of office began on September 18, 2007 and ended on September 16, 2008.
